| Wake up, focus on hygiene for half an hour, focus on eating for half an hour, go study / work, come back, focus on eating for half an hour, do some work / study stuff for an hour, do errands for half an hour, focus on eating for half an hour.
Now sit down and scroll Facebook for a couple hours for mandatory daily socialization.
Then go to sleep.
