Black friday is comming up and I was thinking about getting a tablet and a smartphone.
Ok a list of tablets that might be worth your while are:
-iPad
-Samsung Galaxy Tab
-Samsung Galaxy Note
-Nexus
-Surface Pro
-Dell Venue Pro
Personal Pick: I think I'm gonna go for a Dell Venue 8 Pro. It has a competetive cost of $299.99 and has windows 8.1 full and stylus compatibility. With a full version of windows you can not only download apps, but use it as a full blown pc. Stylus apprently suck atm, but my hopes are that it'll get better b/c I want to take notes with it.
Phones:
-iPhone
-LG G2
-HTC ONE
-Sony Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra
-Samsung Galaxy Note 3.0
-Samsung Galaxy S4
-Nexus 5
-Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0
Personal Pick: They're all great phones tbh, but phones are really pricey. I'd personally avoid iPhone only because of the smaller screen. However, I'm note sure which phone I'll get. If I were rich I'd probably buy a Galaxy Note 3.0, because it has the great specs and a big screen. Z ultra is the biggest screen on a phablet atm (excluding tablets with phone capabilities). Nexus 5 is very cheap. However, if I had my pick I'd choose the Note 8.0. It's basically a tablet with phone capabilities and has a lovely 8 inch screen, unfortunately an 8 inch screen is pretty big and this thing isn't gonna fit into most people's pockets, but if it does you might want to watch your weight. I just feel that a tablet is more useful.
Is a Tablet Worth It?
I have no idea. Alot of my friends and even my dad doesn't think so. A tablet is pretty big and it's hard to bring around with you. On the other hand phones are usually small enough to fit into your pocket and are with you at all times. I have heard that phones basically make tablets unncessary. However, I do believe that tablets are way more useful. They pretty lightweight and have a much bigger/friendlier screen. Now only if there was a manly and convienent way to carrry a tablet phone around then I bet lots more makers will create tablet phones.
